Located in the Oucuo Village, this Western-style mansion is not only beautiful but also holds the distinction of being Kinmen's first Western-style building. Its founder, Ouyang Zhongyuan, who made his fortune doing business in Singapore and Malaysia, sent money back to his hometown in Kinmen to construct this building. Completed in 1918, this luxurious mansion was praised as the "Oucuo Village Building" and is credited with inspiring other overseas Chinese merchants to return home and build Western-style houses.
